I am one of the greatest advocates of the idea that you can be alone without being lonely. It's very true. My best moments are when it's just me. Just me and a book and some tea.

It's when people start letting you be alone that it becomes lonely. Not when you want to be alone, when other people want you to be.

That's lonely.
