Phenomenal Woman Feeling: I was in the bookstore trying not to stumble upon Sara as she bought me a Christmas present, and I found shelves and shelves of poetry books. Randomly opened a collection of Maya Angelou (after sifting past Emily Dickenson and Elizabeth Barret Browning) and found the most amazing poem... Phenomenal Woman, by Maya Angelou Pretty women wonder where my secret lies. I walk into a room Men themselves have wondered Now you understand Two words: oh yeah. :) I bought the book. Am reading through the whole thing, and I'll tell you something- she can even reach a sheltered white girl. It's amazing. I think I'm falling in love with a new author. I'm going to repeat the hook line of that poem to myself from time to time. It might help.
