Hassle Feeling: overwhelmed So I just spent the past two hours calling every florist, nursery, and wholesale plant seller in the greater Schoolville area, trying to track down a place that would order two dozen miniature rose plants in white, yellow, orange, or peach, when suddenly I paused. This wasn't just because my phone ran out of battery. It wasn't just because I realized I'd engulfed over 100 cell phone minutes in one day. It's because I realized I no longer gave a crap. I called my cousin, the wedding florist, and told her, "You know what? I am anti-hassle. Order some flowers, stick them in vases, screw this mini-rosebush idea. I'll pay the extra cost. Whatever." So evidently, Cheap Big Wedding = bridal ulcers. And Expensive Big Wedding = a full 8 hours of sleep each night. Who knew? Upside is, I think I missed the ulcer by about five phone calls.
