So much of this is just holding on tight and not losing grip as it spins.

So much of this is swallowing hard and keeping the bile down.

So much of this is keeping your head up and treading water, kicking and kicking and kicking and kicking just to stay in the same place.

So much of this is surviving.

If hope means anything, someday I won't have to keep surviving. I can start living in this.
