Bear is engaged! I am thrilled to pieces. She called to ask me to be her maid of honor, and of course I'm already trying to think of wicked ideas for her bachelorette party. I'm a very proud sister.

Puppy is also 21 today. He's studying abroad in Italy for a semester, and it's ironic that he's turning legally old enough to drink in a country where the drinking age is 18.

I'm not so much about the irony, though. I'm more focused on the fact that my baby brother is in fricking Italy. Stupid architecture program; why didn't I think of that?
