Even on days that I declare as "vacation days," in which I force myself to sleep in, to stay in pajamas until it's time to teach a voice lesson, to eat junk food and try to be as lazy as possible, I still have to be active so badly that I wind up exhausted at the end of the day.

Of course, lesson-followed-by-performance-followed-by-party might have been a factor. The world may never know.
